Spectacular hills and world-famous mountains

Hill walking in Ullapool is a very popular activity as we are surrounded by spectacular hills and world-famous mountains including 25 Munro’s.  We are just a few minutes’ drive from Beinn Dearg and AnTeallach and other local hills include Stac Pollaidh, Cul Mor, Cul Beag, Suilven and Ben Wyvis.

The weather conditions on the mountains can be unpredictable therefore it is essential you check the forecast before and let someone know where you are. You will need the right clothing and footwear for hill climbing and if you are new to exploring the hills there are several local guides who can take you out.
