Knocken Crag

Knocken Crag is a favourite walking trail within the North West Highlands Geopark.

Often described as the Jewel in the crown of the Geopark.

The trail around Knocken Crag has some wonderful stone sculptures and many great spots to have a picnic where you can relax and breath in the fresh air while admiring the wonderful views.

The visitor’s centre has extensive information boards on out how the mountains were formed and Geologists travel from all over the world to visit.

It will take approximately 1-2 hours to climb up and down the the hill. There are public toilets and free parking in the spacious car park.
